"Before getting a coach, I didn’t really think I needed one. I was a big dude, sure, but it wasn’t something I thought too deeply about. I just accepted it as part of who I was. But as high school went on, things started to feel different. I began to notice how being overweight affected my confidence. I’d find myself staying quiet in friend groups because I didn’t want to become the punchline or the target of jokes. Deep down, I knew I wanted to change, but I didn’t really know where to start or how to do it properly. That’s where my hesitation came from, not knowing if getting a coach would really make a difference, or if I’d even be able to stick with it.

Before I started working with Louis, I was struggling with obesity as a teenager in high school. My biggest problem wasn’t just my weight it was not having structure or guidance. I wanted to lose fat and build muscle, but I didn’t know the right steps to take. I’d see people in shape and wonder what I was missing. When I started working with Louis, I was 265 pounds. Over a few months, from April 6 to July 12, I dropped down to around 245. That initial progress was huge for me because it wasn’t just about the weight loss it was the confidence I gained from knowing I could actually do it. Louis helped me build habits that I could stick with even after we stopped working together. Since then, I’ve continued my journey and now sit around 217 pounds.

Physically, I feel stronger and more capable. Mentally, I’ve changed completely. Back then, I used to rely on motivation, waiting for the right mood or moment to push myself. Now I’ve learned it’s not about motivation; it’s about discipline. I wake up and do what needs to be done, even when I don’t feel like it. My mindset has matured, and that discipline has spilled into other parts of my life too. People treat me differently now, not just because I look more fit, but because I carry myself with more confidence.

I would absolutely recommend Louis to anyone who’s serious about changing their life. From the start, he made things simple and structured. He sent me a spreadsheet to track my daily weight, food log, macros, and weekly notes. It only took about ten minutes a week to fill out, and every week he’d send a personalized video going over my progress, breaking things down, and giving me advice on what to adjust. Those videos were super helpful because they showed he was actually paying attention. it wasn’t some cookie-cutter program.

One of the things I appreciated most was that Louis is relatable. He’s been where I was, he knows what it’s like to struggle with weight, to feel unsure, to not know where to start. That made me trust him more because I could see that his results came from experience, not just theory. He also listened to my input.
