Since childhood, I was always the “big kid” — the one who laughed it off on the outside but struggled with low self-esteem and the stigma that comes with being obese. For years, I felt trapped by my habits and frustrated by failed attempts to change.

About Me

For years, I hated the way I looked and how I carried myself. I knew I was capable of more — that I could be someone whose life wasn’t defined by being out of control. In late 2022, I decided to take full ownership of my health and prove to myself (and everyone watching) that I was far more than what others perceived. I wanted my life back — my confidence, my freedom, and my purpose.

Making a Change

My Fitness Journey

I’ve always been active and played sports growing up, and I started training consistently in the gym around 2018. But even with all that effort, food still controlled me.

In 2022, I decided to get serious and hired a nutrition coach, Kedric Kwan, who I had previously worked with for powerlifting training. Together, we built a plan that helped me lose fat while maintaining strength and muscle.

Through that journey, I discovered the power of accountability and proper guidance. At one point, I benched 420 lbs and squatted 600 lbs — all while being 25 lbs down in my weight loss journey. That experience showed me what was truly possible with the right mindset, plan, and support system.

After successfully reaching my bodyweight goals, I realized how life-changing external help could be — and I knew it was my purpose to pay it forward and help others do the same.

My mission is simple: to help others who feel stuck, ashamed, or frustrated — because I’ve been there. I know what it’s like to suffer in silence, to doubt if lasting weight loss is even possible, and to feel like your body is holding you back from the life you deserve.

It’s my life purpose to serve others to the best of my ability and guide them toward lasting change — physically, mentally, and emotionally

I’m 23, and I believe age doesn’t define wisdom — experience does. My journey taught me that anyone, no matter where they start, can rewrite their story with consistency, accountability, and the right support.

As an online weight loss coach, I help people build healthy, sustainable habits around food and fitness — even with limited or at-home equipment. My coaching isn’t about quick fixes or fad diets. It’s about empowering you to take control, build confidence, and create a lifestyle that lasts.
